  3. i would really appresiate it if some one can tell me how to lose weight 4really fast i have a school trip this coming year and i would like to wheree shorts i weigh 225lbs and i want to be 140 i really need help i get picked on at school beaceuse of this i just want to know that i look okayy and not think everyday that everyone is talking about me and not wanting to go in public because i look fat i just want to be thin. please i’m begging you please help me i can’t find anything to help.

    • as i said all of that i had forgot to mention i am 14 goning on 15 soon im 5’5 and i have a thyroid condition where i have to talk medison for it so i can work, i have to work so much hardder because it dosn’t work i just wish i was thin i have been struggling for over 5 years to lose this weight because even my dad laughs a criddisizes me about my weight and i don’t think anyone one will ever love me unless i can get down in weight. i am also on the dance team and i feel realy fat in the outfites but i really want to be in it so i have been trying yo lose this weight but it jsut won’t go away. please help me i reallly need it!

  4. hello im kat im 21 5’6 and 125 lbs i had recently gained 15 lbs so ghastly i know… but im hoping in a month i can go back to 100-110lb. i’m not sure how much that is in kg. I would really appreciate a pro ana buddy or a thinsperation to help with tips and advice.   9. My name is Bianca. I’m 19 years old, 5’3″ and I weigh 160 lbs :/ I feel so gross! But I don’t have any motivation to do anything about it :( I don’t have alot of time off of work so when I get time to eat its always fast food and then I feel guilty and dumb for eating it when I knew I shouldn’t have.     im 22 too. during the last few years i put on a lot of weight, but now i started to loose it (thank god). right now i’m steadily around 120lbs, but want to be back around 100lbs. unfortunately my bf gets a little too nosy for his own good, and seems to know whats best for me. i dont want to be suuupersuper skinny, just a little skinnier, so when i look in the mirror, i see something beautiful.
    i purged, used laxatives, but they didnt help and had too much side effect. what really did it is: try to boost your metabolism. drink water, drink caffein, eat less, eat more fruits, etc..
    you’ll get there, and i will too. :)

  15. Your body is in shock. You need at least 1200 calories a day to lose weight. If you eat less than that, your body will store every ounce of nutrition it can find as fat.

  16. Hi there.. I can totally relate to your story… and everyone here!

    My weight has fluctuated from the lowest at about 125 (I’m 5’8″ and SUPER muscular so 125 is super, super thin for me!) and highest at about 187. I was about 140 last summer, running half marathons and in such good shape and currently I’m about 175. So I gained 35 pounds in less than a year… it’s heart-breaking and devastating. I don’t even want to be in pictures or be social because I’m so embarrassed about how I look.

    I’m also in recovery from alcoholism (almost two years sober!) so I know I’m just swapping it for a food addiction. But I am ready to say NO MORE and I’m so glad I’m not the only one out there.

    I’m definitely looking for support. I’m changing my life tomorrow and would love someone to walk the path with. It would make this so much easier. Please reach out to me!

Same school situation, but what I hate the most is the girls saying that they’re fat when I’m WAY bigger then them but oh no, I’m NOT fat, They’re HUGE.” At home its no help either. My sister was born a thin baby, and My parents can’t help to any chance they get to critizise my weight when they arent all that thin either.
